Christmas Collages 2011

We’ve had a wonderfully full Christmas and are very blessed–and still recovering! I wanted to share a few images with you from our holiday, but if you know me at all, you’ll know I’m rather indecisive, so instead of choosing the best couple of pictures, I’m sharing dozens with you!

Above are images from our Christmas Eve including the amazing pajamas my mother made for the kids. If you saw our virtual Christmas Card, you may be able to guess the theme we were going for here.

Our present opening was interrupted by church and hosting Christmas dinner. We didn’t finish until around 8:30 that night.

Here’s a collage of  the Christmas dinner we hosted (for 16). It includes the cake trees I made as centerpieces to echo my cupcake liner trees.

We did a lot of caroling this year. One evening we went around with some of the children from the neighborhood. I am surprised at how many people said they had never been caroled to before. Remember: “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!” {Buddy, the elf}

I hope you have had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying time with family and friends! Come back soon for a couple of New Years ideas!

  2. Kendra, this is the first time I’ve been on your blog since you switched. Holy Moly, it looks INCREDIBLE! I love your background, buttons, tabs, and super fast loading of the pages too. Wow! Great job! I hope you had a very Merry and not-too-insane Christmas and that your New Year will be happy too! 🙂

    • You are absolutely, right, Lisa! I am very blessed. We had a lovely Christmas! Thank you!
      I experimented with the settings on my camera a bit to get the tree photos, etc. I’m really pleased with how they came out.
