By Request: "She’s About to Pop!" Invitation Downloads

I finally got a copy of the shower invitation to post. The strip across the bottom was actually covering a mistake, but I think it ended up adding to the design!
(cont. from yesterday) No. 3–Trenton’s Truck PartyThis is where we started inviting friends, and things got serious. Well,…seriously fun! Here are a few images from the day. You can read the full report here: No. 4 – The Rocking Rocket Birthday Overall, this may have been one of the best parties I’ve done. The rocket…
Oh! This is a crazy-long post but it’s full of fun colorful pictures! My daughter turned 8 in April and was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Now that more than a month has passed, I think it is about time I blogged about it. I wanted a fun…
Here’s is a glimpse of some of the invitations I made for my Gourmet Group dinner this weekend. Can you guess our theme???
This post is dreadfully overdue, but one of my favorite parts of SNAP! conference in April was getting to speak on a panel with Michelle of Maddycakes Muse and Sarah of Confetti Sunshine about how we plan fabulous parties on a budget. I am supremely cheap, so my parties usually are too, but that doesn’t…
Swag bags and name tags have been made and all plans are confirmed and ready to go for our first Arizona Girl’s Night Out this Friday! We have quite the lineup of SPECIAL GUESTS and our GUEST LIST is looking pretty dang fantastic! Tickets for this event sold out on the first day, but if you missed…

I Love The Way You Did The Flower With The Words Going Around, How Exactly Did You Do That Because I Am Really Interested In Doing It For My Own Baby Shower !
Designing the flowers the way I did with the text going around, can be kind of tricky. You have to have the right kind of software (like photoshop) that uses layers and then you’d create a text path around the shape of the flower. It would be difficult to tell you exactly how to do it, since I don’t know what software you have and it took me a bit of trial and error to get it right.
You might just google “creating a text path” and the name of the software you use. Also, I think it may have helped that the flower was a vector image I was able to “draw” and attach text to. It’s honestly been so long and I have different software now. Not sure I could do a tutorial on it.
Good luck!
you can use picnik
I love this theme! My shower is 2 mths. away so I have lots of time to focus on it! Thanks for the invitation templates. I’m trying to get to the ‘soda pop’ labels, but the site is not cooperating 🙁 Thanks so much for sharing!
Thanks for the idea, I was wondering how you mailed these? They don’t look like they will fit in a regular envelope. Or did you pass them out by hand?
I think they hand delivered most of them. If you are putting them around the tootsie pop that would be easiest, or I think you could fold the petals up and put them in a small mailing tube.
I LOVE THIS IDEA! I would love to do this for the two showers I am planning. I don’t see how I can download your cute flower.
Can you help me? Or is this part of your awesome secret to keep? 😉
Hi Lisa!
No Secret. To download, right click on the image you want and click “save as.” Save the file to your computer and pull it up in some kind of graphics or word processing program to print. They are just in a picture format at this time, but should work fine.
I hope both of your showers are big hits!
