By Request: "She’s About to Pop!" Invitation Downloads

This post is sponsored by Pony Royale. I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls Collective, and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own. Princesses, ponies, and jewels! These are the things little girls dreams are made of! How lucky were my daughter and I to get to…
(Guest Post by Trina, one of Kendra’s crazily creative sisters) When my oldest son turned 11, he asked for a Bionicle Birthday. This party ended up being pretty easy, considering he chose to take a couple of friends to a local trampoline place (it had nothing to do with his theme, but was a great…
We interrupt Baby Time Week to show you our newest project…the culmination of nine months of prep work, 11 hours of labor, and some blood, sweat and tears. It weighs 9 lbs. 6 oz. and measures 22 inches in length. It can be rather messy, at times, but oh, so sweet. We are so thrilled…
September was a big month for my little man! My son turned 8-years-old, and was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I’ve shown you the fun ways we marked his 8th birthday earlier in the month, but now I am going to show you what we did for his special…
I had hoped to be announcing the finalists for the Party Party today, but you all gave us so many great parties to take in, that we are going to need a few more days. I hope you can be patient with us. And while not every party will be a finalist, they all are…
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I hope you’ve had a wonderful day! I didn’t bake a single pie, cook a single dish, or even set a pretty table today. I’ll tell you why in a moment. In the past I have really tried to focus on being grateful and have come up with ways to help…

I Love The Way You Did The Flower With The Words Going Around, How Exactly Did You Do That Because I Am Really Interested In Doing It For My Own Baby Shower !
Designing the flowers the way I did with the text going around, can be kind of tricky. You have to have the right kind of software (like photoshop) that uses layers and then you’d create a text path around the shape of the flower. It would be difficult to tell you exactly how to do it, since I don’t know what software you have and it took me a bit of trial and error to get it right.
You might just google “creating a text path” and the name of the software you use. Also, I think it may have helped that the flower was a vector image I was able to “draw” and attach text to. It’s honestly been so long and I have different software now. Not sure I could do a tutorial on it.
Good luck!
you can use picnik
I love this theme! My shower is 2 mths. away so I have lots of time to focus on it! Thanks for the invitation templates. I’m trying to get to the ‘soda pop’ labels, but the site is not cooperating 🙁 Thanks so much for sharing!
Thanks for the idea, I was wondering how you mailed these? They don’t look like they will fit in a regular envelope. Or did you pass them out by hand?
I think they hand delivered most of them. If you are putting them around the tootsie pop that would be easiest, or I think you could fold the petals up and put them in a small mailing tube.
I LOVE THIS IDEA! I would love to do this for the two showers I am planning. I don’t see how I can download your cute flower.
Can you help me? Or is this part of your awesome secret to keep? 😉
Hi Lisa!
No Secret. To download, right click on the image you want and click “save as.” Save the file to your computer and pull it up in some kind of graphics or word processing program to print. They are just in a picture format at this time, but should work fine.
I hope both of your showers are big hits!
