Girls Camp Crafting Craziness
This is just a portion of the insanity that has taken over my house in preparation for Girls Camp this weekend. I am the camp craft director and had to come up with 3 meaningful crafts for 100 girls (12-16yrs. old, mostly). I have a budget of roughly $0.83 per craft. It’s all coming together, but not without some sweat, stress, and a lot of trial and error. That’s what I get for inventing the wheel instead of just doing what other people have done. Anyway, I think they will be cool and the girls will like them.
If I can survive the preparations and my children in the next couple of days, I will be posting the completed projects individually with some instruction. If you don’t hear from me, you’ll know I’m drowning in last minute crafting craziness. Wish me luck!

I feel your pain, trust me I do. I was up until midnight tonight getting prepped for Girls Camp. I am also the Craft Director, and I think a bomb went off in my bedroom. Good luck getting ready.

Looks like you've been busy – oh the joy of Girls Camp. No sleep before you leave because of all the things to do and then even less sleep once you are there.
