Progress Reports Coming! Miracle Worker Week at an End

Alas, ’tis true. My parents loaded up their air compressor and serger, and left us last night. They did a ton of work for us, and we made some great progress toward my ambitious goals of decoration and organization before #4 makes his appearance later this Spring. Despite all we accomplished, I get a little panicky when they leave that I won’t be able to get anything else done until they come back (you know, with pregnancy, being a mom, etc., etc.,). But I am excited to show you what we (they) accomplished while they were here.

Here is a quick peek: The picture above is of some of the 87 (or so) yards of ruffles my mother sewed for me while she was here. Yes, I know. She must love us! And here is a peek at one of the applications of said ruffles:
There is lots to show, but it will take several posts to document it all, and I may wait on a few things until I get them a little more complete.
And so to keep me motivated to not stop my forward motion, we will be meeting here on Monday for our February Progress (Not Perfection) Party. Even though, only two fabulous ladies took the opportunity to link-up last month, I really appreciated their posts, and would love to hear from more of you. It doesn’t have to be a laundry list of to-do’s. If you got one project done, I’d love to see it. If you organized one closet, show it off! It can be crafty or practical–I don’t really care, I just want us to come together and help motivate each other to make progress on our individual goals, what ever they may be.
So I’ll be back on Mon. with my progress report and McLinky for yours! Have a great weekend!
