My son had kindergarten graduation tonight, and will have his last day of school on Wed. My daughter is at a different school and still has a couple of weeks left, but I think a lot of you may be getting ready to welcome the kids home for the summer, soon. They would love a special breakfast like this, to start out the summer!

And as if that weren’t enough, we made Orange Julius to drink! This has quickly become a favorite. My mom used to make this for us, and I always thought it tasted better than the ones you could buy at the mall. Here is her recipe:
Orange Julius
MIX together in blender and blend well:
1 (6 0z.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 to 1/2 C sugar
1 C water
1 C milk
1/2 t. Vanilla
16 to 20 ice cubes
BLEND on high for a few minutes until ice is finely blended.
SERVE immediately.
