What a difference a day makes!:
Remember the picture I posted of these guys yesterday? Well this is what they look like today!
At this rate, they may need a haircut before Easter!
If you don’t think you’d have time to grow some wheatgrass, check out this idea I did last year.
UPDATE (April 9, pm):
As of tonight, my wheat grass is tall enough for Easter dinner. I may have to give it a hair cut on Sunday! Considering how quickly it has grown and how inexpensive it is, I would say I am hooked on growing my own wheatgrass, and may do this each Easter. Therefore, I’m joining in Hooked on Houses’ “Hooked on Fridays“. Go see what everyone else is hooked on. If you missed my original wheatgrass post with the how-to’s, go here.

WOW! That stuff grows as fast as bamboo! Can’t wait to see it on Saturday
oh how I love wheatgrass. Instant happiness.
OH yay! I bought some today, soaked the little guys and they are now waiting to sprout…. I wonder what they’ll look like tomorrow? How eggciting! Thanks.
Kendra- You Rock! it’s just that simple…

Oh there is nothing sweeter than a child’s easter basket lined in wheat grass! Lovely post.
Happy Easter to you 🙂

I’m thinking the wheat grass thing might also work well for our Kentucky Derby Party. I’m going to have to think of a way to utilize this…
This is such a fun idea! Love it. Might have to try that next year. Thanks! 🙂
Love it! Have a wonderful Easter weekend!
Thanks for the wonderful tips. I linked to you on my blog. If that’s not OK let me know so I can take you off. I enjoy reading all of your ideas and creativity. I can’t remember how I found you but I am sure it is through someone that I know!
Thanks
