Our Best Bites has the perfect solution for combining both holidays. Yes, I realized that fortune cookies are Chinese-American, but I think they are the perfect blend of the two holidays. You can write your fortunes to say whatever sweet sentiment you want and package them up in decorated take-out boxes. I love it!
If you want to go all out and cook a Chinese meal, The chow has a whole bunch of recipes, that look yummy and romantic enough for Valentine’s Day.
