And one day I’ll attempt these crazy confections, but not this year.

Last week I had the opportunity of participating in a talk about nutrition for children over at The Motherhood. It was sponsored by TruMoo Chocolate Milk. The talk was very informative. We learned a lot about TruMoo as well as shared tips for encouraging healthier eating in our children. Andrea Carrothers, MS, RD and Nutrition Communications…
Here are some great ideas I’ve found around the web this year, that I am either trying or wanting to try at some point. Most of these are simple enough that you can still make them happen before Easter! I have just found the ladies over at eighteen25, and am really impressed with their fun…
I love coming up with a bit of a different concept each year for Easter. You’ve seen my Earthy Easter, Carrot Easter, Egg-stra Special Easter, and Dip-Dyed Ombre Easters in the past. Â This year inspiration struck when I saw the new line of stencils from Plaid by blogger friend Amy Anderson of Mod Podge Rocks….
Aa is for Alec So what if he was going on 15 months, Alec finally had his first birthday party, full of A’s B’s and C’s (and other alphabet letters, too)! A little hard to see in these pics, but the white letter banner spells “Happy 1st Birthday Alec” Bb is for ball Contrary to this…

don’t hurt me, but I have a total of ONE Easter/Spring decoration up. Maybe today I’ll use my children’s day off as a great source of manual labor and get my other décor up! I mean, I didn’t buy all those cool, hand-blown and painted Easter eggs from Salzburg for nothing, right??? Right?!!? And I’m tempted by Bakerella’s Easter balls, too – though maybe the chicks. They look easier. Ü We’re baking sugar cookies today, too. My holidays all seem to revolve around baking, don’t they??
Uh oh…I’ve been a bad commenter, but I have to let you know your Easter ideas are adorable! The wheat grass??? Spectacular! Love coming here for ideas!
Cute ideas! I love those Easter pops!
Have a Happy Easter!
