Thanks a Mint! Teacher Appreciation Printable

We aren’t quite done with school yet. (Are we the only ones still finishing up?) So I am still deciding on what my kids will give to their teachers this week as a final “Thank You for putting up with me all year!” gift.  Here is a simple thank-you gift that could work for teachers or lots of other occasions.

I teach music classes for kids and we recently had our end-of-year recital. I wanted my students who are graduating from the program to have something to give to their parents to say “Thank You” for all of the work and support that the parents contribute to this program. I had lots of extra York Peppermint patties left over from the favors I made for my SNAP! Conference Party Panel Presentation (I still have to show you those!!) so I put those in white lunch sacks with a fun topper I designed.

It says:

Thank You!

Your love and support has

“MINT”

so much to me!

You can use any kind of mint gum or candy, and if you think your child’s teacher can get past the spelling error in the play-on-words, I created a topper just for teachers:

Or the one I made for parents could work as a general thank you for lots of people and occasions:

Did you give an end of the year teacher gift? I’d love to hear what you did? I’ve collected several other good ideas on my Teacher Appreciation Pinterest board.

  1. Cute & cool (literally) idea!

  2. What a cute idea. Just stopping by to say hi from the AZ bloggers group on Facebook. Im in Tucson…great to meet other AZ bloggers!

  3. I love clever thank yous! ‘Mint’ so much— is perfect!

  4. Some of the discounts might be half off of the pizza, a share off
and even free drinks when you buy the pizza. Students can gain the accredited education they demand by signing up for one of
several available programs. That isn’t to state that current curricula and content objectives should be trashed
    the window.

  5. And, consider it: by refusing small things that you experienced, say for example
a compliment or someone holding the doorway for you whenever your arms are filled with packages, actually helps it be harder to obtain even larger gifts that could present themselves.
Beyond a forward thinking door painted red you may also make use of creating a
simple, consistent distinctive line of flowers and plants that outline the
road in the front door for the street. 1 trillion economy and it has been the one largest driver in the world demand for
    imports of goods and services.
