Another quick teacher appreciation idea. Although, I didn’t use these for teachers at all. I teach Let’s Play Music and we just had our recital for the graduates of the program last week. The Let’s Play Music program requires a lot of parent participation and I wanted to recognize the parents and help the kids tell them…
This post originally appeared on one of my favorite sites, Paging Supermom, last year when school started. My kids were so excited by this surprise! School starts this week for us. Not sure they will get such a cool surprise this year. My kids have already gone back to school for the year. It came…
It’s Teacher Appreciation Week! And for many the school year is quickly winding down! Here is a fun, inexpensive, gift for your favorite teachers (including free printables) that is a great way to say “Thank you” and “have a great summer” all in one! I believe that all of the materials for our “summer fun”…
Do your kids have dress-up days at school? Like Spirit Week or the like? Mine have had a series of them lately, and while they are fun, they have complicated the getting ready for school procedure. This is dress up like your favorite character from a book day: Can you tell what famous red-head she’s…
Before we leave Valentine’s Day in the dust and start hopping down the bunny trail, I wanted to show you the fun Valentines I came up with for my kids (and me) to hand out this year. This was the first time in many years, that their faces weren’t plastered all over their valentines, but…

Making these for our Awana Awards night for the tables and if this helps anyone, I found that using a text box on Publisher the size of 2.00 x 1.10 was a perfect fit for the Hershey’s nuggets ~ Thanks for the great idea…found it on Pinterest!
Thanks for sharing your specs, Shelly!
Hey Kendra–I love that I ended up at your blog (after meeting you this weekend–great class by the way!) because I need to make some of these for my YW tomorrow. 🙂
Just when I think you can’t get anymore creativity, you do! I belong to a Bible study group and last year I made bookmarkers for everyone biblically inspired. This delicious craft is so adorable! People love God’s word, people love chocolate….so I’m stealing this from you for my group this month. Thank you for inspiring me. You are now my best blogger!
Wow! That is quite an honor! 🙂
I hope your study group loves them!
