We are the Winners!

(Post edit:  I just realized the grammar police are going to lock me away for this one!  “Mean Meredith.”  No, she’s really nice, I promise.  Ok.  “Meredith and I are the winners.”  Is that better?)

Meredith won my Purple Trail Giveaway that ended last night.  And Meredith is one lucky lady, because unless I am mistaken, she also won my hand-painted cookie giveaway (that I painted myself), back in the fall.  So either Meredith is the one you want to take to the races with you, or it pays to be a loyal reader! (both?)  🙂  Congrats, Meredith!  I will have the Purple Trail people contact you!

But Meredith isn’t the only lucky one.  I just found out last night that out of around 480 entrants, I won the vinyl giveaway from Wonderfully Wordy at Just a Girl!  Yea!!! (Now if I can just win the Sea World giveaway…)  I’m so excited but now I have a BIG decision to make.  Would you go for the “Welcome” sign, or for the Address numbers???

Cool huh?  I’m leaning toward the numbers since I’m not sure I want every door-to-door salesman to feel welcome at my house, unless, I do what Chris did and put them on my garage door.  Help?  What would you do?
And since you are giving me advice.  I’ve added a poll at the top of the right-hand column.  I have been getting several requests from vendors to have giveaways, but this isn’t a giveaway blog, so I don’t do them all of the time, and when I do, I don’t normally get a huge response.  So I want to know how you all feel about giveaways, so I can decide whether they are worth doing in the future.  Please answer the poll and if you have more to say about the subject, leave me a comment.  Thanks!
