Sweet and Simple Valentines

My daughter needed some valentines to hand out at her preschool party this week. I was not (still am not) finished with the insane valentines I am doing with the kids (will reveal on Monday), and didn’t have the time or energy to come up with something too complicated.
There have been so many fun valentine ideas in blogland this year, but these fruit stickers from Twig and Thistle were perfect for us! I had the label paper on hand. And even better, I had tons of oranges on hand, because it is citrus season here in Phoenix, and a friend from my husband’s work had just let us come and pick boxes of them!
Tessa loved putting the stickers on each fruit. Of course, we had to do an apple for her teacher!
Thanks, Twig & Thistle for the great idea and download! Do you have Valentine’s ready for school on Monday? Did you use something you found on-line this year? Make your own? Buy them? I actually saw some cute options at Target last night, including Mad-libs valentines. I wonder if someone was reading Design Mom! I’ll show you my less-simple valentines on Monday! Hope you are having a fantastic weekend!

Hee! I missed when this went up, we used them too! I tied on heart tags with baker's twine and had the boy sign them.
