With that in mind, I am considering going paper when my partner and I host our Retro-feel fabulous fondue feast, later this year for our Gourmet Group (haven’t told Tina, my partner that yet). If we do use paper goods, which of these patterns says “retro” and “fondue” to you? Please vote in the comments!
D.

F. How could you consider using paper plates at gourmet group? Go to IKEA and get some real stuff, use what you have, or beg off of your friends.
BTW, I found these plates at Plum Party and at Loft Party.

I vote for plate B.

My vote is also for B 🙂
And, I think that using paper plates is itself a pretty retro idea…I’m sure that the 60s or 70s are the decades that paper goods became popular for the first time!
I vote D because in my (hungry) mind, it goes with the cheese and chocolate of fondue. I think paper is great, especially when you’re not sawing through a hunk of meat. . . I’m sure there’s a ton you can do to glam up a paper plate–ooh, I’m thinking gold chargers–gold, brown, orange, are very 60’s, right?
