Halloween Food Fun & a Guessing Game

Have you finalized your 4th of July plans, yet? How about taking a picnic to the park to watch your community fireworks display? I’m not quite sure why my community decided to have our 4th of July celebration a couple of weeks early, but they did, and this is what we did to enjoy the…
We are in the throes of assembling our latest collection of themed family costumes this week. I will not reveal them just yet but will give a few clues. As many of you know, we have a long-standing tradition of dressing up together as a family for Halloween. It is a bit of work, but…
My sister sent out an SOS on Facebook asking for favorite Christmas breakfast traditions. Breakfast on Christmas morning can be tricky. First of all, I don’t know many of us who are up for something labor intensive, after all of the Christmas Eve preparations. And in homes like ours the opening of the presents can…
We’re in the middle of full scale Easter preparations around here (report to come next week). But my sister finally sent me pictures of what the mom-to-be called the “coolest baby shower ever!” This is not a party I hosted. I didn’t have to make the cake pops, or mail the invitations. I didn’t even…
I’ve shared about my 20lbs.+ weight loss transformation and my new life as a Curly Girl. Here are a couple of more fun things that have helped me put a little spring in my step. Makeover #3: The Icing on the Cake Before the curly hair but after a bit of weight loss, I was super excited to be…

The piggy costume is adorable! I'm guessing you are going with a Toy Story theme this year. Can't wait to see pictures.
Soo cute! I just found your blog today. I am LDS as well. I am having my first giveaway today on my blog…stop on by and take a peek. A set of 12 berry wreath napkin rings in either red or white. They are really quite cute.
I love all your Halloween food. We just did a big open house for our ward and we did some of the things you show.

I love "Hamm", we are going for a toy story theme around here, my oldest is Buzz and the youngest is Woody, unfortunately the buck stops there, as my oldest want Dad to be the 2nd Buzz from Toy Story 2 and there was No way he was going for that…I was to be "Bo" or Jessie, he hadn't decided, oh well there is always next year.
Well, now I can see the Toy Story info. I was hoping for "If You Give a Pig a Pancake" or "Olivia". Though given that Hubby and I went to see Toy Story 1 & 2 in 3D with absolutly no children involved I think I can give a big cheer for the theme.
I didn't read the comments by my guess is Toy Story. Can't wait to see it.
