Spring Break Season is upon us and I know some of you may be planning a trip to the House of the Mouse (a.k.a Disneyland or Disney World) during your break. Last week at this time my family was “Soaring Over California” and dining with princesses, and next week I’m going to tell you all about it!
We are huge Disney fans at our house! You might remember the Tangled party I threw for my daughter last year, or the Cars party we helped with. We dressed up as the cast of Phineas and Ferb last Halloween and we have chosen Disney characters for our family Halloween costumes many other years.
But with all of this Disney-love, we had failed in one very important arena: We had never taken our children to Disneyland or any other Disney park…until now!
I’m going to dedicate the whole week to sharing some of my fun ideas about getting ready for our trip–including how we told the kids that we were going to Disneyland. I will also share some highlights and recaps of our fun times, as well as my tips on visiting the park for the first time–or for the first time in many years (as was my case). We were also able to do this with very little damage to our budget. I will share my money-saving tips as well. So join me all next week for all things Disneyland!
In the meantime, you can get a feel for the fun we had by checking out my Instagram feed. I used the hashtag: #dlandinsanity for everything related to our trip.
We had a great time and I am excited to share some of the fun with you!
Hey Kendra, it looks like you had a great time! I love the cute packs you put together (from what I can see)! I love Disneyland…so magical. 🙂

Fun! It looks like you had a great time. I love the Disney packs you put together for the kiddies (from what I can see anyway)! Disneyland is soooo magical. There’s one little spot by Pirates of the Caribbean that just makes my heart soar. It is so full of Disney magic for me. Hmmmm. Now I want to visit!
