Quick Spring Centerpiece

While we were visiting my in-laws, I couldn’t resist snipping some branches off of a blossoming tree in their front yard to make a centerpiece for our Sunday dinner. If you are fortunate enough to live in an area where things are in bloom, it’s easy and cheap to bring the outdoors in for a little Springtime atmosphere. These branches were a little messy, so be prepared to clean up some loose blossoms. I think they look great displayed in a simple modern vase, like this rectangular one you can find at IKEA for just a couple of dollars.

  1. So pretty! I was just thinking about that yesterday. I have a bush that is starting to bloom in my backyard. And a tree in a field across the street with beautiful pale pink flowers. Although now that it is snowing, I hope the flowers don’t all shrivel up!

    Your centerpiece is stunning!
