Back to School Bashes

I know it feels strange to be thinking about school uniforms and class supplies when it’s 110 outside, but in just a couple of weeks, my kids will be back in school. So whether you are sad to see them go, and want one last hurrah before that fateful day, or whether you are counting down the days until that bell rings and need to have a party with your girlfriends to celebrate the end of the “I’m bored”s, a “Back to School” themed bash could be in your near future…

If you weren’t reading my blog a year ago, you missed out on this crazy “Back to School” luncheon I put on for my gourmet group friends.
For more inspiration, check out this “Back to School” dinner by Denise @ Little Ant Designs. Love the pencil vase!
My new blogging friend, Susan @ Poca Cosa is working on a party right now for her children and their friends.
And of course, there is the fabulous dinner Stephanie Nielson (Nie Nie) threw for her family last year, that must have made her daughters feel like queens!
Are you ready for school to start?

Great ideas. I'm planning a back to school party myself. In fact, I went today and bought little plastic boxes and all sorts of back to school supplies to put in them for the goodie bags. Target has all sorts of back to school items for hardly any money.

So the week before school starts for my great niece we will have our last party of the summer. Lots of great fun will be had by all.

    Hugs,
    Joanne
